- 1 pkg. pita bread
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. lean meat ham
- 1 pkg. lean meat (your choice)
Directions

1Slice bread lengthways and place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with butter flavor nonstick spray.

2Spread on pizza sauce to cover.

3Add mushrooms, onion, pepper and meat.

4Top with cheeses. Put in oven and bake at 375° for 10 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

5Serve immediately.
