Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pita bread
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. lean meat ham
  • 1 pkg. lean meat (your choice)

Directions

    Slice bread lengthways and place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with butter flavor nonstick spray.

    Spread on pizza sauce to cover.

    Add mushrooms, onion, pepper and meat.

    Top with cheeses. Put in oven and bake at 375° for 10 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve immediately.
