- 50 grams Bread dough that has undergone proofing
- 1 (Suggested bread dough
- 1 Wiener sausage
- 1 Toppings (ketchup, mayo, etc.)
- 1 Egg for glazing (optional)
Directions

1After letting the bread dough rest, roll into an oblong shape.

2Cut in half.

3Cut a slit in each half, leaving it connected at the top.

4Twist the left and right pieces of dough around each other for both halves.

5Tightly connect the top and bottom edges of both pieces.

6Place the wiener into the hole in the centre and snugly secure the dough around it.
