- 1 1/2 cans Great Northern beans
- 1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
- onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. oil
- parsley to taste
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1If using dried beans, soak beans.

2Boil in 2 quarts of water for 1 minute and let stand 1 hour.

3Drain.

4Boil 45 minutes until tender in3 quarts and 4 cups water on high.

5Drain.

6Combine all ingredients.

7Lower heat and simmer 45 more minutes or until done.
