- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla until peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.

3Fold in chocolate and nuts.

4Drop onto cookie sheets.

5Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
