- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.

2Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

4Cool in pan 5 minutes.

5Turn onto a wire rack until completely cooled.

6Dust with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite icing.
