  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large bag Frito corn chips (original)
  • black olives, chopped (to taste)
  • 1 or 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 or 2 white or yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can enchilada sauce

Directions

    Fry hamburger with dry onions.

    Stir in enchilada sauce. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into baking pan or casserole.

    Bake at 325° until cheese melts (about 20 to 30 minutes).

    Spoon out or cut into squares for serving.
