  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1 ounce half-and-half
  • Ice
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the nutmeg and shake well.

    Add ice and shake again.

    Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grated nutmeg.
