- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 5 drops green food coloring
- 2 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 square (1 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2In 2-quart saucepan melt 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth (4 to 6 minutes).

3Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed.

4Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan.

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan.

6Cool completely.

7In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT chocolate.

8Beat at medium speed until creamy.

9Spread over cooled bars.

10Drizzle with melted chocolate.

11Cool completely; cut into bars.

12Store in refrigerator.
