- 3 lb. neck of lamb
- 3 onions
- 8 potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped mixed herbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Trim excess fat from meat; cut meat into small pieces.

2Peel and slice onions and potatoes, making thick slices.

3Layer sliced potatoes on bottom of casserole.

4Add layer of lamb and layer of onions.

5Sprinkle seasonings and herbs over the top; top off with potato slices.

6Add water.

7Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
