  • 1 each bay leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup pimentos
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x black pepper ground

Directions

    Combine bay leaf, water, wine vinegar in medium saucepan.

    Bring to a boil; add vegetables.

    Simmer(steam for me) until vegetables are tender.

    If you MUST simmer, drain, remove bay leaf.

    Add salt and pepper
