- 2 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 7 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vegi salt
Directions

1Heat tomato juice, sauce and butter to 120°.

2Assemble doughmaker.

3In large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and warmed tomato mixture.

4Mix with doughmaker at setting #12 for 3 minutes.

5Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

6Knead with doughmaker until smooth and satiny, about 4 minutes.

7Place dough in greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

8Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
