  • 1 large can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Line bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together; pour in pan. Pour dry cake mix over mixture.

    Pat nuts into mix evenly.

    Spoon melted butter over nuts evenly.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Invert onto tray and peel waxed paper off.
