  • 3 to 5 lb. beef roast
  • 1 can beer
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 garlic bud
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced celery

Directions
