- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- rosemary
- oregano
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
Directions

1Brown roast or brisket in 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven.

2Season roast generously over the top with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and oregano.

3Pour chicken broth over the seasoned meat.

4Cover and bake in a slow oven at 300°, basting frequently, until very tender, about 4 to 5 hours.
