- 4 lb. rump roast
- 2 cans beef broth (low sodium)
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- sliced onions (optional)
Directions

1Cook all ingredients except onions on top of stove for 3 to 4 hours in covered pan.

2During last 1/2 hour, remove meat; slice thinly with electric knife.

3Return sliced meat to broth.

4Add sliced onion and cook another 1/2 hour or until onions are soft. Serve as roast or make sandwiches when served on kaiser rolls.
