- 4 to 5 lb. eye of round roast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 small garlic cloves
- 4 beef cubes
- 5 c. hot water
Directions

1Cook roast, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.

2Add all other ingredients together and pour over roast.

3Cover and cook for 3 1/2 hours at 350°.

4Marinate in liquid overnight in refrigerator. Slice the next day and cook in the marinade at 350° until warm.
