  • 1 1/2 or 2 lb. round steak
  • 2 c. bread stuffing
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Pound the meat to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Combine all ingredients, except water.

    Spread stuffing evenly over the meat; roll up and tie with a spring or roll in aluminum foil.

    Place in baking pan or dish.

    Add water to pan and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
