- 1 1/2 or 2 lb. round steak
- 2 c. bread stuffing
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Pound the meat to 1/4-inch thickness.

2Combine all ingredients, except water.

3Spread stuffing evenly over the meat; roll up and tie with a spring or roll in aluminum foil.

4Place in baking pan or dish.

5Add water to pan and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
