- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ricotta cheese light
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen blueberries unsweetened, thawed
- 1 cup raspberries washed and picked over

11. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
