- 5 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Put flour in bowl and mix in yeast, salt and oil.

2Add water and work/knead until velvety smooth.

3Put in bowl; cover with cloth and let rise until doubled in size.

4Punch down.

5Knead 5 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves in greased pans.

6Cover with cloth and let rise until doubled.

7Preheat oven to 450°.

8Bake for 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 45 minutes more.

9It will sound hollow when tapped.
