- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 18 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook in skillet over medium-high heat the ground beef and onions for about 10 minutes until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.

2Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, basil, oregano, sugar and pepper.
