- 1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
- 1 lb. Cream Cheese
- 1 pt. Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
Directions

1Grease a spring form pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

2Mix remaining ingredients and pour into greased pan.

3Do not pre-heat oven.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
