Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 pkg. toasted almond slices
- 1 large cluster seedless grapes, peeled and halved
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cut cooled chicken into strips.

2Add fruit and nuts.

3Add mayonnaise slowly; stir gently until chicken mixture is thoroughly coated.

4Chill.

5Can prepare the day before, leaving out bananas until ready to serve.

6Spoon salad on large lettuce leaf.

7Garnish with extra almonds.
