- 1 cut up broiler-fryer
- 1/4 c. dry vermouth
- 2 pkg. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
- potatoes
Directions

1Combine vermouth, bouillon, water, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper and pour one-half of the mixture into a baking dish.

2Place raw chicken in dish and add cut up potatoes, to suit, around chicken.

3Add remaining mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

4Bake in oven at 375° to 400°.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours.

6Do not turn chicken.
