- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine flour, oregano and garlic powder.

3Dip chicken in egg and flour.

4Coat well.

5Heat oil. Brown chicken; put chicken in 9 x 13-inch (or smaller) pan.

6Mix Ragu with mushrooms and pour over chicken.

7Sprinkle with oregano and top with cheese.

8Bake for 30 minutes.

9Serve with your favorite Italian pasta.
