  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Combine flour, oregano and garlic powder.

    Dip chicken in egg and flour.

    Coat well.

    Heat oil. Brown chicken; put chicken in 9 x 13-inch (or smaller) pan.

    Mix Ragu with mushrooms and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with oregano and top with cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Serve with your favorite Italian pasta.
