- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. turkey burger
- 1/2 lb. hot sausage
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 qt. hot salsa
- 46 oz. can V-8 juice
- 1 lb. penne pasta (uncooked)
Directions

1Fry the burger, sausage, onion and green pepper in the butter.

2When cooked, add cumin, hot sauce, Tabasco and salsa. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

3Add V-8 juice.

4Bring to boil and add pasta.

5Cook until pasta is just tender.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
