- 1 pound Frozen Edamame In Shell
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Romano Cheese
Directions

1Put frozen edamame in a bowl and cook for about 2 minutes, just until they are no longer frozen.

2In a small food processor, combine olive oil and garlic.

3Process until well combined.

4Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat.

5Add the edamame and toss for a few seconds.

6Add the garlic oil and saute for a minute or two, stirring constantly.

7Add breadcrumbs and Romano cheese.

8Toss to coat and serve immediately.
