  • 1 pound Frozen Edamame In Shell
  • 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Romano Cheese

Directions

    Put frozen edamame in a bowl and cook for about 2 minutes, just until they are no longer frozen.

    In a small food processor, combine olive oil and garlic.

    Process until well combined.

    Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat.

    Add the edamame and toss for a few seconds.

    Add the garlic oil and saute for a minute or two, stirring constantly.

    Add breadcrumbs and Romano cheese.

    Toss to coat and serve immediately.
