Ingredients

  • 1/2 box soupettes
  • 1 (20 oz.) chunk pineapple (save juice)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (save juice)
  • 1/2 jar maraschino cherries, cut in 1/2
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Cook soupettes according to directions.

    Rinse and cool.

    In pan, bring to boil juices, sugar, flour, eggs, salt, cornstarch and lemon juice.
