  • 5 c. noodles
  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut up
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 3/4 to 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

    Prepare egg noodles according to package.

    In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic.

    Cook until sausage is no longer pink.

    Drain and stir in rest of ingredients, except cheese.
