- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. grated cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat half the fat in iron pan; crumble meat in and cook until slightly brown, stirring to cook well.

2Use other fats to cook onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic to yellow stage; do not brown.

3Add this to meat mixture, also tomatoes, tomato sauce and other seasonings and simmer for 1 hour; remove from heat, add cheese and mix well.

4Have spaghetti cooked and fill casserole, using alternate layers of spaghetti and sauce; top with a small amount of cheese and heat until it bubbles.

5You may prefer to serve on platter, pour sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
