Italian Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan.

3Cook spaghetti to desired tenderness; drain and set aside. Brown the beef with celery; drain.

4Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms; simmer 15 minutes.

5Combine spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; toss.

6Place mixture in the prepared pan. Press evenly over bottom and up sides, forming a crust.

7Pour meat mixture over spaghetti.

8Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese.
