- 1 lb. hot dogs
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, crumble onions with your fingers.

3Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.

4Combine potatoes, butter, onions, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13-inch dish and blend well.

5Combine soup and milk in a small bowl.

6Pour 3/4 of the soup mixture over the potato mixture and blend.

7Arrange hot dogs, cut side down, on top of potatoes.

8Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons onions on top and pour remaining soup mixture over onions.

9Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
