- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Whip the eggs with sugar and salt for about 7 to 10 minutes. Start at slow speed then increase to high speed until it forms a ribbon.

2(Run your finger across the top, if the line remains its ready.)

3Fold in the dry ingredients in 2 to 3 parts.

4Slowly folding ingredients in, so that there are no lumps, making sure the flour is incorporated totally.

5Pour into a greased and floured pan.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
