Ingredients
- 1 lb. pkg. large elbow macaroni
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small spears
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 c. olive oil
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil.

2Add mushrooms, salt and red pepper.

3Saute until mushrooms are tender. In a large pot, boil broccoli about 3 minutes.

4Add peas and boil another 2 minutes.

5Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon and add to mushroom mixture.

6Simmer 10 minutes.

7In the vegetable water, boil pasta until done.

8Drain and toss with butter and cheese. Pour the vegetables over the pasta and mix.

9Top with more cheese. Mangia!
