  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. small pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 large tomato, chopped (about 1 c.)

    Prepare and cook green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces, as directed.

    Cook beans, onion, olives and dressing, uncovered, over medium heat, just until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with tomato.
