  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh kale
  • 1 medium can tomatoes, crushed
  • 6 medium potatoes or small new potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Directions

    Boil kale; drain.

    Place in pan with crushed tomatoes, olive oil, chopped onion, potatoes (halved), salt and pepper.

    Cook until tender.
