- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 oz
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, 1 oz
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash red pepper
- 1 tablespoon diced pimento
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to mix.

2Stir in flour and next 3 ingredients.

3Add diced pimiento and mix well.

4Divide dough in half; shape into two 6 inch rolls.

5Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

6Slice dough into 1/4 inch slices, place on lightly greased baking sheet.

7Bake wafers at 375 for 10 to 12 minute.

8Cool completely on wire racks.
