  • 1 lb fresh snow peas or 1 lb thawed snow peas, cleaned,ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons beef broth

Directions

    In large skillet saute snow peas and shallots in the oil for about 3 minutes.

    Add basil and broth and cook for about 2 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
