- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Bake potatoes 1 hour at 400°.

2Cut top lengthwise; scoop out potatoes.

3Put in mixing bowl with butter and a little salt and pepper.

4Fry bacon until crisp.

5Beat potatoes and butter until smooth.

6Add onion, sour cream and bacon (crumbled).

7Put potatoes back into skins; sprinkle with a little paprika.

8Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

9Serves 4.
