  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (No. 2) can cream-style soup (2 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. grated American cheese

Directions

    Brown meat in hot fat.

    Add onion.

    Cook until golden.

    Add tomato soup, water and noodles.

    Cook until noodles are tender, stirring frequently to taste.

    Add corn and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour into greased casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
