- 2 cups (200g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 50g dark dairy free choc chips, roughly chopped
- zest of an orange
- pinch of salt
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons Natvia
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 160°C.

2Mix together coconut, flour, cocoa, choc chips, zest and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together egg whites, Natvia and vanilla extractand fold through dry ingredients until coated.

3Drop tablespoonful onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
