- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan which has been oiled and heated in oven.

2Bake for 20 minutes at 425° until golden brown.
