Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dried fruit, chopped
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2In large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds and wheat germ.

3Mix the honey and apple juice together and pour over oat mixture.

4Stir oat mixture until coated.

5Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.

6Spread oat mixture evenly in pan.

7Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until brown. Stir every 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven.

9Stir in raisins and dried fruit.

10Transfer mixture to another pan and cool.

11Store in airtight container.

12Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
