  • 2 c. canned cream-style corn
  • 2 c. cornbread mix, can use 3 boxes of Jiffy
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 4 oz. can jalapenos, seeded and chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease a 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan. Combine all ingredients, mix.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake 1 hour. Recipe can be halved easily.

    Cut in squares to serve.
