- 2 c. canned cream-style corn
- 2 c. cornbread mix, can use 3 boxes of Jiffy
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 4 oz. can jalapenos, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan. Combine all ingredients, mix.

3Pour into pan.

4Bake 1 hour. Recipe can be halved easily.

5Cut in squares to serve.
