  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Kraft Garlic cheese (tube)
  • 1 Kraft jalapeno cheese (tube)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 to 4 lb. potatoes

Directions

    Boil potatoes with skins until a fork can be inserted, but do not overcook.

    Remove skins and cut in quarters. Place in a large casserole dish.
