  • 6 to 8 cube steaks
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 small can mushrooms and liquid (4 oz.)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Drench steaks in flour; brown slightly and place in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle onion soup over steaks.

    Cover with mushrooms.

    Layer onion slices over mushrooms.

    Mix gravy with water.

    Pour over all.
