- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 -2 cup jam (depends on how much you like)
Directions

1Place dry ingredients in a bowl.

2Stir in oats and sugar.

3Cut in margarine until crumbly.

4Pat 2/3 of crumbs in a 11 by 17 inch pan.

5Spread with jam and top with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes (or until light brown around edges).

7Cool and cut into bars.
