  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. soda added
  • 1 lb. box raisins
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
