- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- strawberry jam
- sifted powdered sugar
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese.

2Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, mixing well.

3Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

4Cut with a 2-inch round cutter.

5Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.

6Spoon 1/4 teaspoonful of jam on each cookie.

7Fold opposite sides together, slightly overlapping edge.

8Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

9Remove to wire rack to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
