Jamaican Avocado Dip

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 stalk escallion, chopped (spring onion)
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lime juice
  • 2 oz. chopped ham (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Halve the avocados and scoop out all the flesh.

    Either put all the ingredients in a blender or press the avocados through a sieve to get it very smooth. If using ham, omit salt. Add other ingredients.

    Serve dip with crackers.
