- 2 avocados
- 1 stalk escallion, chopped (spring onion)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lime juice
- 2 oz. chopped ham (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Halve the avocados and scoop out all the flesh.

2Either put all the ingredients in a blender or press the avocados through a sieve to get it very smooth. If using ham, omit salt. Add other ingredients.

3Serve dip with crackers.
