- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 dash thyme
- 1 dash parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 2 cans crabmeat
- shrimp
- 1/2 cup diced ham (optional)
- 3 cups cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Add flour and blend.

3Season with bay leaf, thyme, parsley and garlic.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.

6Add crabmeat or shrimp; simmer 5 minutes.
