  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 1 dash parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 cans crabmeat
  • shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced ham (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked rice

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add flour and blend.

    Season with bay leaf, thyme, parsley and garlic.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.

    Add crabmeat or shrimp; simmer 5 minutes.
